UPTET 2022 Application Fee
Candidates who want to apply for the exam can do so by logging into the official website of UPTET. In order to successfully submit the online UPTET application form, a candidate has to pay Rs. 600/- as application fee (General/OBC). SC/ST category candidates have to pay Rs. 400/- as UPTET application fee. Physically Handicapped candidates are exempted from paying any application fee. UPTET 2022 Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit
- General/EWS: 18-35 years
- OBC: 18-30 years
- SC/ST: 18-40 years
- PWD: 18-45 years
2. Educational Qualifications
UPTET Educational Qualifications for Primary & Upper Primary Teacher are following as:
Primary Teacher (Class 1st-5th)
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education OR
- Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) OR
- Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education)* OR
- Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education OR
- Graduation + B.Ed final year appearing & passed aspirants can apply.
Upper Primary Teacher (Class 6th-8th)
- Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2 Years Diploma in Elementary Education OR
- Graduation with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) OR
- Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1 year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE OR
- Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4 years B.El.Ed OR
- Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4 years B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed OR
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1 year B.Ed
