Physical Efficiency Test and Physical Measurement
Candidates who have successfully qualified for the Prelims written examination shall undergo the Physical Efficiency Test.
- 1600 Metres/ 800 Metres
Male candidates must compete for 1600 meters in 7 minutes. 15 seconds. For servicemen, it is 9 minutes 30 seconds. The female candidates must compete for 800 meters in 5 minutes and 20 seconds.

Physical Standards
Physical Measurements: Candidates, who qualify in the above Run event, should meet the following requirements:

- Women: Height: Must not be less than 152.5 Centimeters (for Post Code 34)
Provided that, the Candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes and Aboriginal Tribes in the Agency areas of Adilabad, Komarambheem-Asifabad, Mancherial, Nagarkurnool, Khammam, Bhadradri-Kothagudem, Mulugu, Mahabubabad, and Warangal Districts should meet the following requirements:
- Men: Height: Must not be less than 160 Centimeters (for Post Codes 34, 35, 36)
- Women: Height: Must not be less than 150 Centimeters (for Post Code 34)
Telangana Police SI Recruitment Syllabus
Aspirants who are preparing for Telangana Police SI Recruitment 2022 must have a clear understanding of the subject-wise syllabus. There are two written examination for the Telangana Police SI Recruitment, a Preliminary Test (PT) in the beginning and a Final Written Exam (FWE).
The Preliminary Exam consists of two Objective type question papers on Reasoning/Mental Ability and General Studies for all posts. Whereas the Final Written Exam (FWE) consists of four papers for Sub Inspector posts which includes two Objective type question papers on Reasoning/Mental Ability and General Studies along with Descriptive Type questions on English Language and Telugu or Urdu.
