IBPS CRP Clerk XI Exam Pattern
- Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) organises this Online Common Written Exam for Clerical Cadre Posts.
- The exam will be two tier i.e. online exam will be conducted in two phases:
- Preliminary Examination
- Main Examination
- The total marks of Preliminary Examination for objective type questions of 1 hour duration is 100 and for objective type questions of 2 hours duration the total marks of Main Examination is 200.
- The tests will be available bilingual, i.e. in English and Hindi, except for the test of English language.

The structure of the Examinations which will be organised online are as follows:

IBPS CRP Clerk Scores
The corrected marks obtained by each candidate in various sessions (if conducted) will be normalised using Equipercentile method.
IBPS Clerical Cadre Exam: Penalty for Wrong Answers
Penalty will be levied for wrong answers marked in the objective test. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the examinee, 1/4th of the marks deducted to that question or 0.25 marks will be deducted as penalty for arriving at the correct mark. If a question is left blank or no answer is marked by the examinee, there will be no penalty for that question. (Applicable to both – Preliminary and Main examination)
IBPS CRP Clerk Cutoff Score: Online Main examination
Every candidate will be required to obtain minimum marks in each test of Online Main Examination and also obtain minimum aggregate marks in order to be considered for further process. Based on the number of State/UT vacancies available, the cut-off will be decided and candidates will be considered for provisional allotment. The marks obtained in the Online Main Examination will not be shared with the candidates before the completion of the provisional allotment process.
