RSMSSB PTI Selection Process
The selection of Candidates for Physical Training Instructor Post will be done on the basis of Written Examination. And, The Competitive Examination shall include the two papers i.e. Paper I & II and each paper shall carry the number of marks. Candidates can go through below section where we have provided detailed Exam Pattern of this recruitment process.
RSMSSB PTI Exam Pattern
Scheme and Syllabus of Examination for Recruitment to the Posts of Physical Education Teacher: The scheme of examination for direct recruitment to the posts of Physical Education Teacher shall be as follows:
- (1) The examination will be of 480 marks and will be of Sports/ Maximum 40 marks will be given for participating in tournaments (as per note mentioned in Paper-2 below).
- (2) There shall be two papers. Paper-1 will be of 200 marks and Paper-1 will be of 260 marks.
QUESTION PAPER-I Exam Pattern
- 1. The question paper will be of maximum 200 marks.
- 2. The time duration of the question paper will be 2.00 hours.
- 3. The question paper will consist of 100 multiple choice questions.
- 4. Negative marking will be applicable in the evaluation of answers. For each wrong answer, one third of the marks prescribed for that particular question may be deducted. Explanation Wrong answer means wrong answer or more than one answer.
- 5. The minimum qualifying marks for each paper will be 40 percent but the percentage fixed above shall be relaxed by five percent for the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes.
Question Paper-II Exam Pattern
- 1. The question paper will be of maximum 260 marks and maximum 40 marks will be awarded for participating in sports/tournament (as per the note mentioned below).
- 2. The time duration of the question paper will be 2.00 hours.
- 3. The question paper will consist of 130 multiple choice questions.
- 4. Negative marking will be applicable in the evaluation of answers. For each wrong answer one third of the marks prescribed for that particular question may be deducted. Explanation Wrong answer means wrong answer or more than one answer.
- 5. The minimum qualifying marks for each paper will be 40 percent but the percentage fixed above shall be relaxable by five percent for the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes.
RSMSSB PTI Syllabus 2022
